Academy Update – New Twitch Channel and Co-Streaming Pilot
Academy will be moving to twitch.tv/Academy and we’ll be extending the co-streaming pilot program to include select Academy games.
As we announced yesterday, we’re excited to share that we’ll be extending the co-streaming pilot program to include select Academy games. Members of the NA League Partner Program, Oceanic League Partner Program, and LCS/Academy teams will be able to co-stream Academy games on Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays. The co-streaming policy also varies per region so please keep in mind that this pilot program policy only applies to the select Academy broadcasts, and all co-streamers will need to follow appropriate guidelines.
Academy games will be moving to their own Twitch channel so make sure to subscribe to twitch.tv/Academy. Academy will still be available on youtube.com/lolesports and watch.lolesports.com. The Riot Games Twitch channel (http://twitch.tv/riotgames) will go live for a short period of time at broadcast start to make sure you receive notifications.
Don’t miss the return of Academy with the premier of Academy Rush on Friday, January 24 at 5PM PT.
