Red Bull joins the LCS at Summer Finals in Detroit

Red Bull will be giving wings during the pre-show festivities to celebrate the exciting conclusion to Summer Playoffs with local fans in Detroit.

Thousands of LCS players and fans are getting ready to fly to Detroit for Summer Finals, and our new partner knows a thing or two about giving people wings. We’re excited to announce that Red Bull will be the official energy drink of the Summer Finals, and we’ll be celebrating in style at Little Caesars Arena on August 24-25.

At the 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage, Red Bull will be giving wings during the pre-show festivities to celebrate the exciting conclusion to Summer Playoffs with local fans in Detroit. You’ll also see them on the broadcast through ownership of the “Red Bull Power Play.”

As any League of Legends fan will know, Red Bull has a rich history and presence in the esport— they currently sponsor Cloud9, 100 Thieves, LEC, CBLOL, and previously sponsored household names like Bjergsen and xPeke. Red Bull and esports go together like Ahri and cosplay, and we couldn’t be more pumped to welcome another legendary champion to the battle.

Red Bull joins the LCS partner roster alongside Alienware, Honda, Mastercard, Rocket Mortgage, Secretlab, State Farm, We Are Nations, Caffeine, ESPN+, Twitch, and YouTube, plus U.GG for the LCS show This or That. Tune into the LCS Summer Finals starting with the Countdown at 12:30 PM PDT / 3:30 PM EDT on August 24 live on watch.lolesports.com.
