How to buy tickets for the 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage

Your guide to buying tickets for the 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage.

UPDATE:

Registration for Ticketmaster Verified Fan for 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage is now open until Friday, June 28 at 7PM PDT / 10PM EDT. Tickets will be on sale on July 2 at 7AM PDT / 10AM EDT.

As promised in our last announcement, we have some additional details to share about 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage including a new ticketing tier.

What’s new with tickets?

We’ve added a Tier 1 Super Bundle for $200 includes a Tier 1 seat along with:

  • Early access to the venue
  • Guaranteed access to Meet the Pros experience within scheduled timeframes
  • Access to a separate concessions line
  • One event tee per bundle

Tier 1 Bundle for $175 that we previously announced now includes a Tier 1 seat along with:

  • Early access to the venue
  • Guaranteed access to Meet the Pros experience within scheduled timeframes

The above benefits are only available to Tier 1 Super Bundle and Tier 1 Bundle purchasers and if you purchase Tier 1 individual tickets, you are not eligible for the additional benefits listed above.

*Note that purchasers of Tier 1 Super Bundle and Tier 1 Bundle must provide an accurate email address for follow up emails regarding t-shirt sizing and fulfillment information.

So, is the only opportunity to Meet the Pros through the Tier 1 Bundles?

While purchasing a Tier 1 Super Bundle or Tier 1 Bundle is the only way to guarantee access to Meet the Pros experience currently, there will be opportunities to acquire a ticket to Meet the Pros experience closer to the event. Stay tuned for more details on acquiring one of these tickets around Playoffs.

Why are you making this change to Meet the Pros? I want to meet Doublelift :(

While access to Meet the Pros experience has been General Admission at previous events, we have decided to pivot this activation to a ticketed event in order to streamline the experience, avoid long wait times without guaranteed access, and allow for as many Finals attendees as possible to interact with the pros during our stop in Detroit.

What’s new with the event?

On Saturday, August 24, we’ll be hosting a Fan Event that will occur before show and begin at 11AM EDT at the Little Caesars Arena. The event will feature show matches, unique entertainment, and opportunities to interact with teams and pros.

There will still be on-site activities, swag, and opportunities to interact with pros and teams on Sunday, but there will be unique experiences available only on Saturday. If you want to experience everything at Finals, plan to come for the weekend.

What’s the hotel situation?

If you’re traveling from out of town to Detroit, we’re working with a hotel provider service that offers a discounted rate on hotel rooms near the venue. Follow the link above to see current offerings and rates.

Will LEC be shown in the venue?

Yes, we will show LEC in the venue as available relative to our own programming, but we will not be holding our show for LEC’s matches if they run late. Games at 1PM PDT / 4PM EDT and the Countdown will begin at 12:30 PM PDT / 3:30 PM EDT.

What else should I know about Finals?

Review the Arena’s A-Z Guide for information to plan your visit including bag policy, accessibility, prohibited items, etc.

When is the rest of Playoffs? When do tickets go on sale?

Tickets for Playoffs at the LCS Studio in Los Angeles, CA including Quarterfinals on August 10-11 and Semifinals on August 17-18 will go on sale on Tuesday, July 16 at 9AM EDT / noon PDT via SquadUP.

What about the NA Regional Qualifier? When is it and where can I get tickets?

The NA Regional Qualifier at the LCS Studio in Los Angeles will be on September 6-8 and tickets will go on sale at the same time as Playoffs tickets on Tuesday, July 16 at 9AM EDT / noon PDT via SquadUP

FAQ

How does Ticketmaster Verified work?

If verified and randomly selected, you will receive an offer code via text message beginning on July 1, the day before tickets go on sale. The first message(s) will include timing details and a link to where you can purchase your tickets, immediately followed by another text containing your unique offer code. Keep your phone handy – you’ll receive text messages 2-4 hours before the sale begins.

Before the sale….

  • Sign-in to your Ticketmaster Account
  • Know your Ticketmaster password (or reset it in advance) – if you need to reset your password? Reset My Password
  • Make sure you have a valid credit card with updated billing information in your account. Need to update credit card or billing information? My Account
  • You can also transfer the link from your phone ahead of time to your desktop.

When the sale begins…

  • Click the link you were sent at the appropriate time on mobile or desktop.
  • Enter your unique offer code in the space labeled “Offer Code.” Make sure you enter the code exactly as it appears in the text you receive.
  • Find tickets: Tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are NOT guaranteed. Do not exceed the MAXIMUM ticket limit.
  • Checkout: For faster checkout, make sure all billing and credit card information is up to date prior to the start of the Onsale.

So, if I register with Ticketmaster Verified Fan, am I guaranteed that I can tickets?

No, registering for Verified Fan does not guarantee you a ticket. Based on ticket availability, fans will be selected randomly from the registered pool to receive a code for ticket purchase when the on-sale goes live at 7AM PDT / 10AM EDT on July 2.

While we do distribute a fewer number of codes than there are tickets available, the event may sell out before all codes are able to be redeemed if early redeemers purchase larger quantities. (i.e. while the maximum number of tickets each redeemer may purchase is 5, if all redeemers of codes purchase the maximum, there will not be enough tickets to fulfill all codes, so please purchase quickly if you intend to do so!). Additionally, in the event that there are still un-purchased tickets available 24 hours after the first round of codes has been released, another wave of codes will be released regardless of if all of the previous days codes have been redeemed.

Will I only be able to purchase tickets through Verified Fan?

If you do not receive a code during the on-sale day, or miss your opportunity to purchase – don’t fret! We’ll be putting an extremely limited quantity of tickets on sale on July 23 based on our final production setup. If you want to guarantee a seat at Finals, we suggest not waiting until July 23 as we cannot guarantee availability after the initial wave of Finals tickets. For the additional wave of tickets, will give first priority on these tickets to Verified Fans and some availability to the general public in case anyone missed registering for Verified Fan. To ensure you are alerted when additional tickets become available, please enable notifications for future campaigns when registering via Verified Fan.

Why are you using Ticketmaster instead of another ticketing service?

Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticketing agent of events taking place at Little Caesars Arena, as they are for the majority of sports venues around the country.

Why Verified Fan?

We’re using Ticketmaster Verified Fan for Summer Finals to help as many fans as possible get tickets and limit access to bots and scalpers.  For more information on Verified Fan, check out the Ticketmaster Verified Fan FAQ.

Do I have to create a Ticketmaster account to buy tickets online?

Yes, Ticketmaster requires an account to purchase tickets. To save time, we recommend that you sign-up and create an account before registration opens for Ticketmaster Verified Fan.

Please make sure to use your preferred email address to get updates about the event.

Can I bring a backpack to Finals? Will there be re-entry? Will there be merch?

We’ll be updating this article with additional event details along with the 2019 LCS Summer Finals presented by Rocket Mortgage Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration page URL on June 25.
