Alienware expands its engagement within the League of Legends esports ecosystem
Alienware is officially extending its sponsorship of League of Legends esports by becoming the presenting sponsor of Rift Rivals 2019: North America vs. Europe (NA vs. EU).
Alienware is the official competition PC and display hardware powering the League of Legends Championship Series (LCS) in North America, the League of Legends European Championship (LEC), and four major international competitions: the Mid-Season Invitational, Rift Rivals: North America vs. Europe, the All-Star Event, and pinnacle of event of the competitive season, the World Championship.

Rift Rivals: NA vs. EU powered by Alienware will take place in Los Angeles on June 27-29. The top 3 teams from both North America’s LCS and Europe’s LEC Spring Split will face-off in its annual grudge match to determine who is the best region. As part of the partnership, Alienware will be adding their own spin on the annual grudge match by hosting their own Rift Rival fan event. Some of the highlights include:
The Alienware Watch Party, the official watch party for Rift Rivals where fans will have the opportunity to meet and mingle with pros, rioters and other special guests on Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29. The Alienware Watch Party will take place just down the street from the LCS Arena at 3000 Olympic Blvd, Building 1, Santa Monica, CA 90404. After a successful and sold-out show at LCS Spring Finals in St Louis, Hotline League Live returns following the Rift Rivals broadcast on Friday, June 28 at the Alienware Watch Party. Join the live audience as Travis Gafford, Mark Zimmerman, and unannounced special guests chat with fans about the Rift Rivals results to date and preview the Saturday finale.
- The event is open to the public, however, Rift Rivals ticket holders will be prioritized for reserved seating up until 30 minutes before the start of the show.
